We are a design-led, sustainability-focused furniture procurement company working across the commercial workplace, hospitality, BTR and Co-living sectors. We collaborate closely with project teams to specify and deliver furniture that supports how a space is used, while partnering with brands that take sustainability seriously. Consultation
This phase focuses on working closely with the project team to fully understand the brief and develop a furniture proposal that aligns with both the budget and the design intent. Through discussion and option-testing, we identify the most appropriate solutions for the project.

Furniture procurement
Once the final products are agreed, we oversee the procurement process on your behalf.

Project management and delivery
We manage the project from order through to delivery. We coordinate logistics, installation and site attendance with our delivery partners to ensure everything is set up as intended and the space is fully operational on completion.

Day 2 servicing
We focus on long-term relationships by supporting clients beyond installation. Post-completion, we assist with day-two services and advise on repair, reconfiguration or reuse where appropriate, ensuring the furniture continues to perform and remain in use for longer.
Sustainability
Sustainability for us, is about making informed decisions that withstand the test of time. We work with manufacturers, who design for longevity, take responsibility for their material choices and can demonstrate transparency in how their products are made. Our role is to help clients navigate these factors and specify furniture that performs environmentally as well as commercially.
Transparency & Strategy
We look for brands with a clearly defined sustainability strategy, that informs their business decisions. Transparency is essential, allowing performance and progress to be understood and assessed. Where available, we value third-party verification such as EPDs and FSC certification among others.
Climate & Energy
Climate and energy performance considers how manufacturers measure, manage, and reduce carbon emissions across their operations and supply chains, with particular focus on energy use, renewable energy adoption, and science-based emissions-reduction targets.
Materials & Chemicals
The use of recycled, recyclable, low-VOC and certified materials forms a strong foundation for products that contribute positively to the built environment while reducing environmental impact.
Circular Design & Lifetime
Durability and repairability are central to a circular approach, helping extend product life and reduce unnecessary waste.
